RALEIGH – Local startup Pendo is expanding its global footprint yet again.
On Tuesday, the fast-growing product management software firm announced that it had acquired Receptive Software Limited, a privately-held SaaS company based out of Sheffield, U.K., for an undisclosed sum.
Pendo’s co-founder and CEO Todd Olson described the strategic acquisition, which closed on April 30, as a “game-changer” for product teams.
Founded in 2015, Receptive is a product demand intelligence platform that helps B2B product managers and customer success teams to “capture, prioritize, and report on customer feedback and feature requests, and communicate product roadmaps to multiple stakeholders.”
With their forces now combined, Pendo said it can now offer “the most complete integrated platform unifying the tools product-led organizations need to make better product decisions, communicate product direction, and deliver better product experiences.”
