Birmingham AL: Birmingham's Custom Cable bought for $4.6 million
Custom Cable Services of Birmingham is being acquired as part of a $4.6 million all-stock deal that will form a new subsidiary of Attis Industries.
Attis, which is acquiring the company, is a technology holding firm emphasizing renewable fuels, bio-based plastics, healthcare and building a communications infrastructure.
Its new subsidiary, Attis Infrastructure, will pursue a strategy to consolidate 5G infrastructure companies.
Custom Cable Services, Inc., was founded in 1980 and is a broadband network construction and maintenance firm which has worked with Charter and Cox Communications. Over the past 5 years, CCS has generated annual revenues between $10 to $12 million. It primarily operates in the Southeast, Midwest and Southwest markets.
